Refund policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please feel free to reach out to me. Returns are not available unless it came defective or wrong item. You have 7 days after the date of delivery to notify us if something is wrong with your order. (Incorrect size shipped to you, wrong item shipped to you, or damaged item) Please understand, if you don’t contact us within 7 days of receiving your order we will be unable to replace any items or give store credit. We want to make it right, but we have to know within the 7 day period. Contact us at Littlewrensboutique@gmail.com. After the 7 day period I do not accept returns. No exchanges on purchases. All items are made to order based on what you purchase. There are NO exchanges. We do store credit if there is a need for return or exchange, no refunds unless it was a mistake on our part. We will help fix any problems! If you're eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your request is approved, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
